Drink your water! Work up to the gallon if needed but aim to have at least half of your body weight in ounce as a bare minimum. For example if you weigh 200 lbs, aim for 100 ounces per day.
You will see the best results if you do the daily exercises, aim for at least 30 mins of light to medium cardio. Talk a walk... Enjoy some sun. Vitamin D is important.
